History: Mr. Buccalo founded The Drawing Studio in 1993. At the time digital rendering was not considered a viable medium. Mr. Buccalo changed that line of thinking by incorporating the capabilities of digital modeling, texturing and lighting with his accomplished hand rendering skills through photoshop. This allow him to produce high quality and easily reproduced renderings that could easily be disseminated via a marketing company. Of course today it is standard business that a rendering will be used on websites, in videos, brochures and other forms of marketing. Only with Mr. Buccalo's persistance did Architect, Developers and Marketing professionals begin to understand and appreciate the full potential of the medium, of course backed up with high quality examples. Fast forward to today and The Drawing Studio, founded on conventional media like water color, pencil, ink and marker, decided it was time our name reflected a new spirit of understanding and digital professionalism, thus our new name launched in 2010, SimpleTwig Rendering. "Every nest starts with a simple twig," is our new motto and it reflects the patience and experience we bring to every project we do.
